"It WILL work on Windows XP; I've used it for about 2 years and works great! It is a bit tempermental though. :/ Nothing serious."

"Nice program. It creates great classic drum synth sounds. It's very buggy, though. Sometimes when you hit play, it doesn't. If you hit it again and it does nothing, the program crashes."

"ER0 doesn't work using XP, Works great on win 98 and 2000 though (haven't test win 95 or NT).I'm hoping there is going to be an update, as this little app creates the most amazingly useful percussion and synth sounds - it seems to just sound "right" when the .wav files are stuck into a mix. I've been able to use it to create a range of casio type blips, and more complex modulated electronic sounds that I dont think you could create with any other app or synth out there. It's based on the Korg electribe drum machine (the app looks like a screen shot), and as other reviewers have mentioned - the sound is *like* the electribe, but goes way beyond it. Who ever wrote this thing should be working for Korg to replace the sound engine of the electribe. It's not a plug in, so you have to work a bit to create your sounds save them as wav files and load them into another app to sequnce or sample them. Works well for me."

"It is very unstable, I cannot work on it more than 2 minuts !! Meanwhile it is a freeware and it's a good idea."

"No one has commented on ER-0 yet? Scandal... When I use samples I create with this I always get compliments on how neat, clean and perfect sounding the sounds are. I spend a lot of time tracking with nobbut a win95 486 box with FT2 and an sb16, and little sample generators like this make all the difference.Jason"
