"Very impressive stuff. I'm learning bass & wanted to lay out a few drum beats to play along with. I got the s/w figured out in like a couple minutes. Too bad its not supported anymore. Also, I'd like to have other sounds to work with so that I could put in some regular drum set rock or jazz beats."

"This is a very intuitive program. Hotstepper is great for laying down beats,and loops.I produce hiphop,and this as a very usefull program for that genre. I team it with cool edit 96,and zs-1b amen to make beats. Everything is right there.No floating windows that can clutter a screen. It's sequencer is easy as pie by the way. This is THE easiest program to make whole beats with you will find.So I highly recomend it to beginners starting out. The learning curve is almost non existant. I also recomend it to more seasoned producers as well since the simple interface inspires a fast worklow. Being that it is also free does'nt hurt either."
